WEDDING AND EVENT EMCEE

Your wedding and event deserves a professional host rather than mere friend or acquaintance who have zero experience in handling a program! 

Izza Glino, the Owner and Head of Operations of IzzaGevents offers her services as your wedding and event host extraordinaire.  

As your wedding and event emcee, Izza will share her experience and expertise in handling the crowd at ease. She will also help form a personalized program that will make your wedding and event extra special.  

As a host, her goal is make sure that everyone will have fun without sacrificing the essence of the event. 

Hire a professional wedding and event emcee if you want your guests to have fun and you want your wedding and event to be memorable to everyone. 

Fees 

 Starts at 6500php (Metro Manila)

 To 9500php (Tagaytay, Antipolo, etc.)

 And 12500php (Provincial. Client must shoulder the Transportation, Accommodation for Two)


Inclusions 

 Personalized Reception and Event Program

 Two (2) Personal Meet-Up with the Client. First is the initial meet up and contract signing where discussion of the program proper will happen. And another a week before the wedding and event date.

 Text and/or Call assistance throughout the waiting period in case client would want modification on the program.



WEDDING AND EVENT COORDINATION

Recently engaged? And unsure where to start when it comes to planning your wedding and event? Worry not for Izza Glino Weddings and Events aims to make your dream events happen from planning to execution. 

Have someone to take the lead in organizing your once in a lifetime event. You will be guided from start to execution, a personal assistant to book your vendors, cater to your wedding and event needs and coordinate with every detail of your great and glam affair.

We have three packages available suited to your need and budget. 


FULL WEDDING AND EVENT COORDINATION


Our Full Wedding and Event Planning service is perfect for those who have no idea how events are done.



Prerequisites

Should be booked at least 9 months to 1 year before the event 

 Events with only 3 months to 1 month allowance will not be entertained 

 Will work on couple who are 0%-25% done on wedding preparations 

Fees 

 Starts at 21500php for Metro Manila 

 To 27500php for (Provincial. Client must shoulder the Transportation, Accommodation and Meals)  

 Additional Fees may apply 

 For 150 and below guests only 

Inclusions

The Wedding and Event Starter Kit. This is sent to the client a day after the contract signing. The Wedding Starter Kit includes questionnaires and templates necessary to manage the big event including but not limited to the following: 

  • Client Assessment Form – A quick form to assess the client’s vision for the wedding and event 
  • An Exclusive Budget Template – An MS Excel File to help with budget planning for the wedding and event. 
  • A Wedding/Event Checklist – A list of everything you will be need for a before, during and after wedding and event.  
  • Other free downloadable as reference to the wedding and event (i.e. Guest List Template, Turn-Over Checklist, etc.) 
 The Wedding and Event Consultant. What separates us most from other wedding and event service available today is that a wedding consultant is already included in the package. A Wedding Consultant will work in assistance with the bride and groom and highly recommended for those who have no experience on how a wedding and event works. Your own wedding consultant will assist you with the following:  
  • Hands-on budget planning and management  
  • Conceptualize the event theme and motif 
  • Help build the overall flow of the ceremony and program o Source and recommend suppliers within the client’s budget and need. 
  • Communicate with pre-screened chosen suppliers for appointment (wedding gown, caterer, florist, photo and video team, bridal car, etc.) 
  • Provide expertise in reviewing and negotiating with preferred suppliers o Recommend and source out  
  • Assist in ocular inspection of church/ceremony location, hotel for preparation and reception venue.  
  • Attend to photoshoots, food tasting and other meeting with co-supplier 
  • Detailing of event layout (table set up, registration and gift table, AVP set up, etc.) 
  • Selection of music for ceremony to reception 
  • Monthly to Weekly provision of wedding and event preparation update 

The Wedding and Event Coordination Team. Included in the package is your own wedding and event coordination team to help execute your dream event flawlessly.  

  • Composed of 5 professional event managers.  1 Team Lead, 3 Wedding and Event Coordinators and 1 Bridal Manager 
  • Uniformed with complete communication equipment 
  • Full service from preparation, church to reception 
  • Summary of Tasks to be provided 


 Full RSVP Management (Two weeks before the event) 

  • Include us on your RSVP invitation to manage your guest list.
  • Provide us an Excel File with your Guest List and Contact Number for us to call and to text. 
  • An updated guest list to serve as your Final copy will be given to you.  
  • Have your own wedding website +4500pesos to manage the RSVP and serve as your own wedding and event invite. See this examples


ON-THE-DAY WEDDING AND EVENT COORDINATION

Our On-The-Day Wedding and Event Planning service is suitable for hands-on couples who have done most of the work already and just needed an expert hand in the execution!


Prerequisites

 Should be booked at least 2 months to 2 weeks before the event 

 Events with only 1 week to 1 day allowance will not be entertained 

 Will work on couple who are 75%-100% done on wedding preparations 

 All suppliers are already booked and signed and will only need management on the execution of the event to run smooth.  

Fees  

 Starts at 14500php for Metro Manila 

 To 21500php for Provincial 

 Additional Fee for out-of-town and destination weddings 

 For 150 and below guests only
